We are currently recruiting for an experienced VNA Forklift Driver Nights to join a well established and expanding warehouse operation based in Hindley Green, Wigan. Monday to Friday 7.00 pm to 5.00 am with breaks.
Responsibilities
- Operating VNA equipment to move stock safely throughout the warehouse.
- Ensuring products are stored correctly within designated warehouse locations.
- Supporting goods-in, stock movements and dispatch activities.
- Carrying out routine equipment inspections before the start of each shift.
- Maintaining stock accuracy and assisting with inventory control.
- Following all warehouse procedures and health and safety requirements.
- Working closely with colleagues to support daily operational targets.
- Keeping warehouse areas clean, organised and safe.
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.
Requirements
- A valid VNA Man-Up licence (RTITB, ITSSAR or equivalent).
- Previous experience is essential.
- Good awareness of warehouse health and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confidence working within high racking warehouse environments.
- A reliable and hard-working approach.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience working in a fast paced warehouse operation.
