We are currently on the lookout for a Site Manager to assist our valued client in Sheffield, S2. This project is a new apartment block in Sheffield, which has been underway for around 2 years, moving into its final phase, and requires someone competent in managing multiple trades.
The site will be in the process of the 2nd fix in the new year before moving onto the final fix, so you will essentially be managing the fit-out phase. This includes the carpets, kitchens, some general electrical work, minor civils outside, and some other bits.
We are looking for a proactive site manager, who is confident in signing off different areas of work, not someone who will just sit around the office all day. The project is expected to run towards the end of March, so will be around 3 months work starting on the 5th January 2026.
