About the Role
We are seeking a detail-orientated and reliable Accounts Administrator to support our finance team with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, is highly organised, and thrives in a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing invoices, payments, and expense claims
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Booking goods in and out of the system
- Matching supplier invoices with goods received notes
- Uploading and maintaining test certificates on the system
- Setting up new customer and supplier accounts
- Handling finance-related queries from customers and suppliers
- Providing general administrative support to the finance team
- Assisting with transport-related issues as needed
About You
- Previous experience in an accounts or finance administration role
- Strong numerical and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
