About the Role
The Global Business Solutions (GBS) EMEA Process Transformation Manager is an end‑to‑end transformation leader accountable for delivering sustainable process transformation across the company value streams and stakeholders — from solution design through delivery, adoption, and value realization. The role drives measurable outcomes that improve company performance, delivering change at speed through agile ways of working, strong cross‑functional alignment, and disciplined execution.
You will be expected to personally lead high‑impact transformation programs, owning outcomes end‑to‑end, while also developing and mobilizing your team to scale delivery and sustain performance. You will lead cross‑functional programs and projects aligned to organisational goals, strengthen standardised ways of working, and embed operating routines (metrics, controls, standard work, and continuous improvement pipeline) to accelerate performance over time. You will have 4 direct reports and are part of the EMEA SSC Leadership Team.
What’s in it for you?
- Competitive salary + manager bonus + car allowance
- Flexible start and finish times & 4.5‑day working week
- Pension, health insurance & life cover
- Free Parking, EV charging, cycle‑to‑work scheme & shuttle bus
- Onsite gym with free classes & NEW spin studio
What you’ll do
- Program Leadership & Delivery Accountability
- Personally lead high‑impact transformation programs end‑to‑end, accountable for scope, outcomes, delivery pace, adoption, and sustained performance.
- Mobilise cross‑functional delivery at speed using agile ways of working: establish cadence, surface dependencies early, and remove blockers to accelerate value delivery.
- Drive measurable outcomes linked to company performance, translating strategic priorities into clear targets, baselines, value cases, and success measures.
- Establish and run performance management routines (KPIs, governance, tier routines, controls) to prevent drift and ensure benefits are realised and sustained over time.
- Shape and prioritise the transformation portfolio: intake and frame problems, align senior stakeholders on trade‑offs, sequence initiatives, and ensure resources focus on the highest‑value work.
- Process Transformation & Digital Enablement (Digitalisation & AI)
- Lead future‑state process redesign and simplification to transform end‑to‑end processes, applying Lean methods while partnering to embed digitalisation and AI to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Use data to diagnose and direct action: conduct people/process/technology/data assessments, identify root causes, and translate insights into practical countermeasures and scalable standards.
- Adoption, Change & Sustainment
- Embed adoption and sustainment: develop change and readiness plans, role/process impacts, training, and stabilisation/hypercare routines so new ways of working stick.
- Build and maintain a continuous improvement pipeline integrated into day‑to‑day operations, ensuring enhancement work is prioritised, delivered, and measured.
- Leadership, Coaching & Capability Building
- Lead and develop the 4 direct reports, and coach teams across SCJ beyond reporting lines, strengthening agile delivery, stakeholder influence, change leadership, AI‑enabled transformation, and data‑driven problem solving.
- Role‑model the transformation mindset and behaviours—define success upfront, mobilise the right cross‑functional team early, remove disablers, and enable rapid, outcome‑focused decisions that accelerate delivery.
- Stakeholder Partnership & Influence
- Partner with senior leaders and enterprise stakeholders to align decisions, manage resistance, and drive accountability across functions.
Experience you’ll bring
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or equivalent) and proven experience applying continuous improvement methods to business processes.
- Proven experience in process transformation / Operational Excellence, with a track record of personally leading complex, end‑to‑end programmes (scope → delivery → adoption → sustainment) and delivering measurable results.
- Agile delivery experience, leading work through iterative delivery cycles, prioritising effectively, proactively managing dependencies, and aligning stakeholders through regular reviews to accelerate value delivery.
- People leadership experience, leading and developing teams (including performance management and capability building).
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions across functions in a matrixed, fast‑paced environment.
- Proven ability to work across cultures and geographies, building trust and alignment in diverse, global teams.
- Data‑driven performance management and analytical capability, including establishing baselines, setting targets, tracking outcomes, sustaining gains, and translating data into clear, actionable insights.
