Customer Supply Chain Analyst – Ops Team
Location: Frimley, Surrey
Function: Supply Chain – Shared Service Centre
About the role
As part of the EMEA Shared Service Centre, you\’ll work with colleagues in Order Management across different countries to provide outstanding service. Using Lean methodology & tools, you\’ll seek ways to improve and standardize processes, leveraging SAP scripting technology to automate tasks where possible.
About the Team/Department
The Customer Supply Chain team consists of 6 multilingual groups supporting our commercial businesses across the EMEA region, ensuring timely and complete delivery of products to our customers (retailers).
Responsibilities:
- Utilize (AI Robot) Tool to maximize case fill rate
- Collaborate closely with team members, Marketing, local countries, and managers to deliver excellent stakeholder service
- Process sample/broker orders and manage truck overflows according to country-specific procedures
- Use automation tools to enhance current CFS processes and identify new opportunities
- Create accurate monthly metrics
- Drive capacity and efficiency through process and procedure standardization across multiple countries
Experience you’ll bring:
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills
- Fluency in an EU language, ideally German, French, Dutch, or Italian
- Root Cause Analysis expertise
