Key Accountabilities
The role will take ownership of creating a welcoming, efficient, and well‑organised office environment for employees and visitors. You will oversee the day‑to‑day running of the office and make sure that everything runs smoothly, efficiently and to the highest standard. This is a varied position combining office operations, facilities coordination and employee engagement. There will be involvement in a planned office move and ongoing operational coordination as the business continues to scale.
Key Duties
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and suppliers, ensuring a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience
- Manage the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring everything operates efficiently and smoothly
- Coordinate meeting rooms, catering, office supplies and general workplace requirements
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers
- Oversee office, kitchen, and shared workspace upkeep, ensuring supplies are stocked and areas remain organized
- Manage meal deliveries, including coordinating lunch and dinner orders for client meetings, as well as setup and cleanup
- Monitor and maintain office supply levels to ensure the team has everything they need
- Support internal events and special occasions, handling logistics to ensure smooth execution
- Keep conference rooms well‑maintained and ensure all necessary equipment is ready to use
- Identify and implement improvements to office systems and processes
