Role Overview
The Solution Engineer will act as the technical bridge between Sales, Customers, and Product/Engineering teams. The role supports both pre‑sales technical consulting and post‑sales solution deployment and support, ensuring successful adoption of Aarki’s advertising platform. The individual will help partners and advertisers integrate with Aarki’s DSP infrastructure, troubleshoot campaign or data issues, guide technical implementations, and provide technical insights that improve product adoption and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre‑Sales Support: Partner with Sales teams to provide technical consultation during advertiser and partner onboarding. Translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions using Aarki’s platform. Conduct product demonstrations and explain platform capabilities to internal and external stakeholders.
- Post‑Sales Technical Support: Provide technical account management for advertisers and ecosystem partners. Troubleshoot campaign delivery, tracking, data ingestion, and integration issues. Ensure successful product adoption by guiding customers through integrations and technical setup.
- Technical Implementation: Support integrations with advertiser systems, data partners, attribution providers, and measurement vendors. Manage deployment of campaign features such as targeting, tracking pixels, audience ingestion, and reporting pipelines.
- Internal Collaboration: Act as liaison between Sales, Product, and Engineering teams. Escalate and document product issues impacting customer deployments. Provide field feedback to improve product capabilities.
- Customer Success Enablement: Monitor and analyze campaign performance and system metrics. Proactively identify optimization opportunities and technical improvements. Create documentation and best practices for technical implementations.
Required Skills / Experience
- 8–10 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, Product Management, or other customer‑facing technical roles.
- Experience working with AdTech / MarTech platforms, CTV or similar data‑driven or real‑time systems is preferred.
- Basic understanding of programmatic advertising, DSP ecosystem, or similar distributed platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting, along with experience in PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Experience with APIs, data pipelines, and system integrations.
- Familiarity with attribution, audience targeting, or data onboarding workflows is a plus.
- Exposure to mobile apps, SDK integrations, or tracking implementations is preferred.
- Experience using logs, dashboards, or analytics tools for monitoring and debugging along with analytical thinking and structured problem‑solving ability.
- Customer‑first mindset with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
