Ryzon is looking for a Senior Talent Partner to embed with one of our high-growth B2B AI tech clients. They're scaling aggressively across the US in NYC, LA and remote cities mainly hiring Sales and Customer Success - following Series B funding.

You will be reporting to the Head of GTM recruitment and working closely with the CRO, VP of Customer Success and Sales Directors to build high-performing teams at pace, while keeping quality and candidate experience high.

What you'll be doing:

  • End-to-end hiring for sales roles including business development, customer success and some back office across NYC, LA, remote in the US and some hiring in the UK.
  • Partner directly with the Sales Directors and hiring manager to define role scope, scorecards, and hiring plans.
  • Build proactive pipelines through sourcing, outreach, referrals, and market mapping across UK and US locations.
  • Run structured, candidate-friendly processes, keeping alignment tight and time-to-hire moving.
  • Lead weekly hiring cadence with stakeholders, sharing pipeline health, risks, and recommendations.
  • Manage offers and close candidates confidently, with strong process control and clear comms.
  • Improve how hiring runs as you go, including process, templates, interview structure, ATS hygiene, and reporting.

What you'll bring:

  • You must have worked in a scaleup tech environment and be used to the pace!
  • You must be proactive and drive hiring forward in GTM.
  • Strong track record at Lead or Senior Talent acquisition manager level within a tech scale-up (Series B+ or similar stage, 100-500 people).
  • Deep experience hiring across sales and GTM functions, including senior hires.
  • Strong experience hiring in the US and the UK.
  • Comfortable owning a workload that delivers 3+ hires per month consistently.
  • Strong GTM hiring credentials with a clear understanding of what "great" looks like across sales and customer success roles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management. You can influence, challenge, and hold the bar with C-suite and senior leaders.
  • High-output sourcing capability. You build pipeline yourself, not just manage process.
  • Solid ATS and reporting discipline, including significant experience using Ashby.
