Ryzon is looking for a Senior Talent Partner to embed with one of our high-growth B2B AI tech clients. They're scaling aggressively across sales and GTM following a recent funding round, and need a hiring leader who can move fast without dropping the bar.

You'll own sales hiring across the UK, reporting to the Head of Talent and working closely with the CRO and Sales Directors to build high-performing teams at pace, while keeping quality and candidate experience high.

  • Own end-to-end hiring for sales roles including Account Executives, Sales Managers, Sales Directors, and wider sales functions, from intake through to offer.
  • Partner directly with the CRO and Sales Directors to define role scope, scorecards, and hiring plans.
  • Build proactive pipelines through sourcing, outreach, referrals, and market mapping across UK and US locations.
  • Lead weekly hiring cadence with stakeholders, sharing pipeline health, risks, and recommendations.
  • Improve how hiring runs as you go, including process, templates, interview structure, ATS hygiene, and reporting.

Strong track record at Lead or Senior Talent Partner level within a tech scale-up (Series B-C or similar stage, 100-500 people). Deep experience hiring across sales and GTM functions, including senior hires. Strong GTM hiring credentials with a clear understanding of what 'great' looks like across sales roles. Excellent stakeholder management. Solid ATS and reporting discipline, including significant experience using Ashby.
