Key Accountabilities- Own and deliver statutory compliance – ensuring all engineering inspections, audits, and regulatory requirements (PSSR, LOLER, LEV) are completed on time with no overdue actions or repeat defects.
- Lead contractor and site activity control – managing contractors day-to-day to ensure all work is safe, compliant, well-planned, and executed to site and legal standards.
- Drive robust systems and continuous improvement – maintaining accurate compliance systems and stores, using data and root cause analysis to prevent issues and improve performance.

- Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification
- More than 5 years in FMCG or similar high-compliance environments

- Experience with CMMS software and ideally Crimson
- NEBOSH General Certificate or IOSH Managing Safely desirable
