We are seeking a Strategy Manager to support key client accounts by using data, research, and insights to identify growth opportunities and diversification strategies. You will develop strategic proposals, create insight-led recommendations, and work with the Commercial Performance team to use data effectively in validating ideas and unlocking new opportunities for clients and the business.
WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO
- Support specific client accounts to ensure development, use data, research, insights, and trends, as well as grow the client account looking at opportunities for diversification that truly add value and align with the client’s commercial goals.
- Develop strategic proposals from client briefs and proactive opportunities by leveraging secondary research, online/subscription resources, desk research, and AI-driven insights to uncover consumer behaviour, market trends, and actionable recommendations.
- Lead primary research by managing quantitative and qualitative studies, coordinating research partners, overseeing budgets and delivery, and translating findings into clear, insight-led recommendations and compelling client stories.
- Develop insight-driven client narratives by analysing data, applying critical thinking, collaborating with Commercial Performance, and using AI responsibly to validate opportunities and support client growth strategies.
- Develop agile, insight-led solutions by creating strategic playbooks, leading proposals and tenders, supporting account growth and post-campaign analysis, and delivering story-first presentations that identify opportunities and drive client success.

- You have strong PowerPoint skills that enable complex or comprehensive ideas to be delivered simply through the power of storytelling to engage and resonate with our audiences.
- You’re strong with Excel and data skills – experience of having analysed data and other insight resources would be very useful.
- You’re confident in using AI tools to streamline processes and support key outtakes ready for you to interrogate and validate as a component of your approach to key deliverables.
- You’re able to flex and juggle several different projects with various stakeholders – at the same time – with clear communication and prioritisation.
