Are you looking to join our set? If so we have an exciting opportunity to sharpen your skills and become a Sales Assistant working 6 hours per week on Sundays.

What Will This Role Involve?

As a Sales Assistant you will be responsible for supporting the store management team, driving turnover and revenues based on lean principles, and providing exceptional customer service as an ambassador of the Ryman brand.

What Will You Be Responsible For?

  • Act as an ambassador for Ryman and the wider Theo Paphitis Retail Group, learning everything about the business and sharing it positively with customers.
  • Confidently handle customer complaints, difficulties, and returns to ensure retention.
  • Achieve and strive to exceed KPIs and objectives set by Store Management Team and the business.
  • Engage with customers enthusiastically, establish their needs, and help them purchase by matching products through high product knowledge and promotion/upselling.
  • Carry out stock replenishment and maintain accuracy of stock systems.
  • Promote high visual merchandising standards and store housekeeping.
  • Acquire a high level of product knowledge and pursue self‑development.
  • Recognise and act on opportunities to add value to sales by offering appropriate additional items.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant Health and Safety policies.
