We’re opening our brand new Ryman Design store at Bluewater—a fresh, creative concept store where stationery meets style, and innovation meets inspiration. We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic and passionate Sales Assistants to join our launch team! Applicants must be able to attend our recruitment event on Friday 7th November.
Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Be passionate about design‑led stationery, reflect that by loving the brand and products and transfer that passion to the customer.
- Demonstrate your creativity and artistic abilities whilst working on the shop floor.
- Live and breathe excellent service by helping our customer to purchase our design‑led products whilst highlighting relevant promotions and upselling.
- Have a flair for visual merchandising to ensure the products are eye‑catching for the customer.
- Contribute towards making our New Concept Store the number one High Street Stationer.
- Make it your goal to not only meet but also exceed the store's KPIs.
- Replenish stock when needed to keep the store looking at its best.
- Acquire an extensive level of product knowledge and continue to self‑develop that knowledge.
