WHAT WILL THIS ROLE INVOLVE?

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable HR Administrator to support our team with day-to-day HR operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing colleague records, supporting onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation. You’ll play a key part in maintaining smooth HR workflows, supporting HR Business Partners, and delivering excellent internal service.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

  • Complete all new colleague’s starter processes, including relevant documentation, right to work checks, and the probation process

  • Update and maintain colleague records on our HR system – Fourth

  • Amend colleague contracts utilising HR systems & Adobe Autosign

  • Manage and maintain the general HR Inbox, assigning to appropriate colleague

  • Supporting the HR Business Partners by pulling reports to assist with identifying trends

  • Managing reference requests

  • Ensuring compliance with GDPR and Right to Work in the UK legislation

  • Provide general administrative support such as filing, telephone calls, scanning and emails

  • Support with ad-hoc projects as and when required

  • Respond to general HR queries, directing to relevant policies and procedures where appropriate

  • Escalate issues/concerns to HR Business Partners
