Join Ryman as a Store Supervisor working 16 hours per week.
As a Store Supervisor you will support the store management team, drive turnover and revenue, focus on customer service, and act as an ambassador for the Ryman brand.
Responsibilities- Act as an ambassador for Ryman and the larger Theo Paphitis Retail Group by learning everything about the business and sharing knowledge with customers.
- Contribute to making Ryman the number one High Street Stationer by providing high-level customer service.
- Drive a culture of excellent customer service, ensuring all team members engage enthusiastically with customers and are assisted with colleague training.
- Ensure security and accuracy of all company systems, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Promote high visual merchandising standards; maintain high store housekeeping standards.
- In the absence of the Store/Deputy Manager, assume full accountability for overall security and safety, motivate colleagues to drive sales and achieve required KPIs, liaise with the Retail Support Centre for issue reporting, and support weekly timesheet preparation.
