Ryman is seeking a Store Supervisor in Market Harborough to join our team on a part-time basis (16 hours per week). You will support the store management team, drive customer service excellence, and help grow turnover in line with lean principles.
You will train colleagues, maintain merchandising standards, and ensure systems are used correctly by all staff. In the absence of management, you will help keep the store safe and compliant, while motivating the team to achieve KPIs.
