WHAT WILL THIS ROLE INVOLVE?
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable HR Administrator to support our team with day-to-day HR operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing colleague records, supporting onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation. You’ll play a key part in maintaining smooth HR workflows, supporting HR Business Partners, and delivering excellent internal service.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Complete all new colleague’s starter processes, including relevant documentation, right to work checks, and the probation process
- Update and maintain colleague records on our HR system – Fourth
- Amend colleague contracts utilising HR systems & Adobe Autosign
- Manage and maintain the general HR Inbox, assigning to appropriate colleague
- Supporting the HR Business Partners by pulling reports to assist with identifying trends
- Managing reference requests
- Ensuring compliance with GDPR and Right to Work in the UK legislation
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, telephone calls, scanning and emails
- Support with ad-hoc projects as and when required
- Respond to general HR queries, directing to relevant policies and procedures where appropriate
- Escalate issues/concerns to HR Business Partners
