WHAT WILL THIS ROLE INVOLVE? This role will be mainly responsible for but not exhaustively working across the Ryman, London Graphic Centre & Boux Brands. The role will suit an individual who wants to learn and develop within a large Accounts payable team and wider Finance function.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

  • Processing invoices
  • Central inbox management across the Brands
  • Setting up new suppliers
  • Following up on unauthorised invoices/credits that appear on the invoice register with the relevant departments
  • Producing monthly supplier statement reconciliations, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring they are resolved within a timely manner
  • Preparation of a weekly BACS payment run ensuring invoices are paid within the agreed terms
  • Ensuring that all correspondence relating to overdue accounts is actioned and solved on the day of receipt
  • Taking supplier queries and investigating and resolving or referring where necessary
  • Stakeholder management at all levels, both internally and externally

WHAT WOULD WE LIKE TO SEE IN YOU?

NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED AS FULL TRAINING WILL BE GIVEN. This role would suit a person who would like to pursue a career in Finance who is happy working as part of a team, but equally comfortable working on their own initiative. We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and numeracy skills, who is well organised with a methodical approach, with a high level of attention to detail.

Essential: Excellent communication skills - both written & verbal this is a must being able to pick up the telephone and speak with suppliers, also going to other key stakeholders confidently asking for help or advising them of a learning opportunity.
