We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Duties:

  • Answer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner, recording messages and putting calls through to the relevant people.
  • Provide general administrative support such as filing, scanning, and photocopying of documents.
  • Assist with basic clerical tasks as assigned.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
