Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a MOT Nominated Tester based in Aveley.
The MOT Nominated Tester will carry out MOT tests in line with DVSA regulations, ensuring all vehicles are inspected thoroughly and accurately recorded.
Daily activities include performing safety and emissions checks, documenting results, and communicating clearly with service advisors and customers about required repairs or advisory work.
The role involves maintaining testing equipment, keeping up-to-date with MOT testing standards and compliance requirements, and supporting general workshop activities when needed.
The MOT Nominated Tester is expected to promote a safe working environment, deliver consistent high-quality service, and contribute to positive customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Valid DVSA MOT tester qualification and current MOT tester license.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, safety standards, and MOT testing procedures.
