We are now looking to recruit an experienced Parts Advisor to join our busy Parts department in Oxford. You will have outstanding customer service and have an understanding of the automotive industry.

Key Purpose of the Role:

Your main day to day job will involve receiving all parts orders and ensuring that they are accurately and promptly picked and despatched, providing advice on any additional requirements or prices, matching orders against stock items and advising customers of any items which need ordering. Alongside this, you need to ensure that all company policies and procedures applicable to that area of responsibility are adhered to all the time.

Skills and experience needed:

• Ability to work under pressure
• Quick learner
• The ability to respond to different ways of working in the face of changing situations
• Active listening & questioning
• Previous dealership parts department/stock control experience an advantage
• Good telephone answering/interpersonal skills
• Kerridge knowledge
