Role Level on the Rygor Career Journey Map: AT1, Apprentice or Trainee. You are an emerging talent in the business, learning through courses and from your colleagues to be the future of the business.

- Residential Weeks: This course requires periods of staying away from home, typically for one week at a time, to study and train at the learning academy. Attendance at these residential college weeks is a mandatory part of the apprenticeship, so you must be able to commit to attending them.
- GCSE Grades: This course requires a Grade 4 in both English & Math GCSE.
You’ll collaborate with experienced technicians, develop your skills through structured training, and be supported throughout your course.
