We are looking for an experienced and qualified Technician Supervisor to lead our late shift at our Kidderminster site. Your role will be to keep our customers' vehicles on the road, via quality, safe and compliant maintenance and ensuring the rest of the workshop team on shift are working on the right jobs at the right time, working with the workshop controller. The right candidate will be able to deliver an exceptional service and to the highest quality, whilst inspiring those around them to be their best.   • Communication: It sounds simple, but communication is at the heart of this role. You need to love being the first point of contact for the team on shift and take pride in ensuring your customer and the team is up to date.

Day to day you will be:

  • Leading the way in the workshop with quality and compliant repair and maintenance.
  • Using fantastic communication skills via email, telephone, and face to face to lead the technicians on your shift, ensuring they are motivated and engaged.
  • Identifying worn & faulty components in accordance with the DVSA Standards.
  • Using all appropriate modules of Keyloop/Kerridge.
  • Completing customer documentation while working to agreed time scales.
  • Being a brilliant team player.
  • Demonstrating a positive attitude and being flexible with workloads.
  • Carrying out vehicle maintenance and repairs, including wheel alignment and tyre fitting.
