We are looking for ambitious individuals to join our plant division as trainee sales executives. This isn't simply an entry sales role; it's an opportunity to learn directly from one of the most successful sales professionals in our business and build a career with genuine long-term progression. You will be personally mentored, trained, and coached by the directors of the business, who have years of experience in identifying, generating, transacting and maximising sales opportunities in the capital equipment industry.
About the Role
- As a Plant Sales Trainee, you will learn every aspect of the sales process within the plant and machinery sector, working with Hyundai product at Rygor Plant.
- You'll work alongside experienced professionals, supporting customer enquiries, learning our products, attending customer visits and developing the commercial skills needed to become a successful salesperson.
- Identify sales opportunities.
- Maximise trust and build rapport with a wide variety of customers.
- Qualify sales opportunities correctly.
- Build and present customer proposals.
- Build value into customer proposals and learn how to negotiate profitable commercial agreements.
- Maximise each opportunity by upselling additional options/products.
- Navigate customer objections.
Once you're trained & out in the field, you would possess the skills to:
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of our plant machinery and equipment product range.
- Generate new business opportunities.
- Sell a variety of finance and maintenance packages to match your opportunities.
- Build relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Attend customer meetings and conduct product demonstrations.
- Navigate sales opportunities, through robust negotiation and strong communication skills.
- Accurately maintain customer and sales records.
- Support customer enquiries and quotations.
- Manage a sales pipeline and crucially, convert opportunities.
- Achieve personal sales and development objectives.
