The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

8am-5pm Monday to Friday. 1 in 4 Saturdays.

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Parts Advisor to support our growing team and deliver exceptional service to our valued customers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer care, has a strong understanding of parts operations, and brings a commercial mindset to maximise stock control and sales. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our parts department, contributing to both customer satisfaction and business performance.

  • Answering phone calls and assisting walk-ins and wholesale customers with their part needs.
  • Handling parts payment collection and making sure all parts are billed appropriately.
  • Packaging and shipping parts back to the manufacturer.
  • Refer to parts manual to identify the right part for the make and model and year of vehicles being serviced.

You have previous working experience as a Parts Advisor or in a parts position within the automotive industry and have strong parts knowledge. Retail counter and phone experience desirable. You are computer literate and confident using technology.
