We’ve spent the past 10 months building a paid acquisition engine across Google Search and LinkedIn Ads that’s generating strong, measurable results. Now, we need someone with a proven track record in B2B performance marketing to manage and scale it.
About Ryft
Ryft is on a mission to revolutionise payments for marketplaces, platforms and omnichannel businesses. Before launching Ryft our founders built a marketplace, scaled it to 1 million users, and then exited. Back then split payments were a source of pain instead of profit, meeting compliance was a constant worry and high processing fees ate into margins. They couldn’t find a payment solution that gave them the tools, support and freedom to grow. So they built Ryft.
About the role
We’re a growing, high-performing team led by serial founders and backed by exceptional investors. We’re looking for a senior B2B Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid acquisition channels. You’ll join a marketing team that cares about experimentation, speed, and clarity of results. We already have 10 months of data, early wins, and validated demand. Your job?
