RyeView Homes is a small, independent estate and letting agency in High Wycombe, known for our professional, friendly approach to property management. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced and driven Property Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering excellent service to our landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of residential properties
  • Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
  • Coordinating maintenance works and liaising with contractors
  • Ensuring all properties meet current safety and legal compliance requirements
  • Handling tenancy issues, disputes, and renewals
  • Conducting property inspections and reporting findings
  • Managing rent arrears and ensuring timely payments
  • Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in property management or lettings is ideal but not essential.
  • Some knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance (ideal but not essential)
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Confident communicator with the ability to manage difficult situations
  • Ability to work independently or within a team, and manage a busy workload
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with property software is a bonus
