- Have experience, or interest, in working as aTeaching Assistant Level 2
- Be inclusive in their practice with highexpectations of all.
- Can demonstrate active listening skills.
- Consistently and effectively implement agreedbehaviour management strategies.
- Provide levels of individual attention,reassurance and help with learning tasks as appropriate to pupils’ needs,encouraging the pupil to stay on task.
- Have good communication skills with the abilityto work as part of a team, and
- Be a dedicated practitioner with commitment topupil progress and continual improvement.
