We are looking for a Domestic Gas Engineer to carry out Domestic Gas Safety Certificates (CP12's) in Brockley, London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading FM company where you will be working to issue certification in residential social housing properties across our portfolio.
Rydon Maintenance is an expanding division of the Rydon Group and is successfully providing facilities management services to a variety of clients, predominantly within the healthcare and housing association sectors. Job Purpose: We are looking for a Domestic Gas Safety Engineer to join our team in Brockley to perform vital CP12 inspections. You will need to hold current domestic ACS qualifications and possess experience in safely inspecting gas appliances as well as issuing certification. Once you have completed your induction, you’ll be ready to go out to customers' homes in your own fully equipped van, with the latest technology to support you. Our Gas Operations team consists of installation and maintenance engineers so you may also have the opportunity to be involved, and assist the wider team with repairs. You'll receive support from the local team and managerial support with regular updates and safety briefings.
Initially offered on a fixed term contract basis until the end of May 2026 this is an excellent opportunity to work with a talented, professional and friendly team and to put your skills to use. Normal working hours are 40 per week, 8am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

Experience Required: You will need to hold current ACS accreditation in CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1 and CKR1. Any previous experience would ideally have been gained with a maintenance contractor or for an energy provider. As important as your technical skills are, you'll also be committed to providing excellent customer service and a high quality service in our customer's homes.
