Rydon’s dynamic, supportive, fun and vibrant inbound Contact Centre is packed full of outgoing and friendly people.

We’re currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team.

This role is to cover for maternity leave and will be on a 1 year contract.

We have flexibility in work arrangements, with most employees working flexibly.

The role is based in our office in Greenhithe, Kent, but a hybrid culture means some home working is possible after training.

Rydon Maintenance is an expanding division of the Rydon Group, providing facilities management services to a variety of clients, predominantly within the healthcare and housing association sectors.

Job Purpose

As a Customer Service Advisor you will take inbound calls from customers reporting repairs and provide an excellent customer experience on every call.

You will be trained to provide technical advice, help diagnose faults, and raise repair appointment requests for engineers where needed.

Your role is to make customers feel like the number one priority and keep them fully informed throughout the repair process.

Experience Required

We are looking for an enthusiastic communicator with a pro‑active approach and high attention to detail.

Previous contact centre experience is not required, though you should be able to demonstrate great communication skills, good keyboard skills, attention to detail, and a desire to solve problems creatively.

Self‑motivation, a friendly personality and the ability to work as part of a team is essential.
