We now have an excellent opportunity for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician to join our highly regarded NHS repairs and maintenance team based in Bristol. This is a mobile role where you will be maintaining a number of healthcare sites/hospitals. Our maintenance business provides a range of expert planned and responsive maintenance services to domestic properties and commercial buildings in the social housing, health and social care sectors. We look after a growing number of healthcare buildings for NHS Trusts. Using the latest technology we ensure properties are well maintained, efficient and fit for purpose. Job Purpose Our NHS maintenance healthcare team in Bristol provide a planned, preventative and reactive maintenance service for a large NHS trust. To enable us to continue to deliver an excellent quality service, we are looking for a multi skilled maintenance technician to join the team. This is a varied role where you will undertake scheduled Planned Maintenance (PPM's) and reactive repairs. You will be working in a mobile role maintaining a number of healthcare sites so a full UK driving licence is required. Key Responsibilities Include; Carry out reactive maintenance, repairs of building, electrical and mechanical services, associated systems, plant and equipment. Carry out weekly/monthly PPM's such as emergency lighting testing, water temperature temps, weekly fire alarm testing There will also be some planned maintenance activities such as planned upgrade works and refurbishment as part of our ongoing efforts to ensure a safe environment for service users. Use the provided handheld PDA to receive jobs, complete risk assessments, and close jobs in real time.
