Job Specific: Tasks associated with your position
- packing orders accurately and timely
- accurate and timely processing of customer orders to give to the bakery production teams
- alerting bakery production and driver teams of large orders
- planning weekly rotas that take into account the predicted level of trade by day, season and special events and dates
- managing your team holiday with reference to the level of trade
- ordering the correct level of packing materials and other consumables required by your department
- liaising regularly with the Drivers team to ensure both departments combine well together and assist in each other needs.
