We are working with a leading law firm client of ours based near Liverpool Street, who are looking for an experienced HR Assistant to join them on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full HR and recruitment administrative support to the London HR team
- Manage the HR inbox and respond to internal queries
- Schedule interviews and liaise with candidates and hiring managers
- Draft and send HR-related documentation (e.g., contracts, offer letters, references)
- Maintain and update HR spreadsheets, including salary and employee data
- Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping
- Proactively offer administrative support wherever needed within the team
About You:
- Essential: Previous experience using Workday
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive and able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
- Confident managing multiple tasks and prioritising effectively
- A strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- While experience in a law firm is not required, a professional services background is advantageous
