Overview
Ryder Reid Legal is currently recruiting for an HR Advisor to join one of our top law firm clients on a temporary basis, starting ASAP until the end of January. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a dynamic HR function within a prestigious firm, offering hybrid working and a competitive salary.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, previous HR experience within a law firm is essential, as you will need to hit the ground running and support the team from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees
- Provide advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives such as wellbeing, employee engagement, and diversity & inclusion
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using the HR system
- Monitor absence and sickness trends, producing relevant reports and insights
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal HR policies
