Ryder Reid is currently recruiting for an exciting new opportunity! Our top law firm client is seeking a Temporary Corporate Legal Secretary with law firm experience to start ASAP. The role is based in the office 5 days a week paying a competitive salary. The successful candidate must be available immediately to start. This role will be for approximately 6 - 8 weeks.
You must have extensive experience in a law firm as a legal secretary within corporate or finance and available to start as soon as possible. Infrastructure and M&A experience is desirable!
Duties for this role will include:
- File Opening
- General Administration
- Diary management
- Billing
- Organising and managing calendars
- Drafting and preparing correspondence
- Arranging travel itineraries and bookings
- Scheduling client meetings
