Technology Trainer to join their collaborative global team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced training professional who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, learning and user engagement, while playing a visible role in driving technology adoption across an international business.

The Role

This is a varied and highly influential position, with responsibility for delivering and supporting technology training across multiple international offices, including

London, Paris and Hong Kong .

You will work closely with lawyers and business services professionals to ensure they are confident and effective users of the firm's technology platforms.

Beyond training delivery, you will help shape the firm's wider learning strategy, partnering with stakeholders to identify training needs, develop engaging learning content and support successful adoption of new technologies.

A key aspect of the role will involve working with colleagues in the Paris office, making the ability to communicate confidently in

French and English particularly beneficial for building strong relationships, understanding local training requirements and delivering a consistent user experience across offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging technology training sessions, both in-person and virtually, including group workshops and one-to-one support.
  • Design and develop training materials and e-learning content, including user guides, videos and quick-reference resources.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs and create tailored learning solutions.
  • Support the rollout of new systems and technologies, ensuring smooth adoption across the business.
  • Analyse trends from support queries and user feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with international colleagues and contribute to global training initiatives, particularly supporting users across French-speaking and English-speaking offices.
  • Manage and track training activity through the firm's Learning Management System (LMS).

About You

  • Proven experience in technology training, ideally within a professional services environment.
  • Strong experience delivering blended learning programmes across classroom, virtual and e-learning formats.
  • Confident presenting to and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and document management systems such as Net Documents or similar.
  • Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate, Camtasia or similar would be advantageous.

French language skills (spoken and written) are strongly preferred and will be a considerable advantage.

Candidates able to communicate effectively in French will be particularly well-positioned to support the firm's international offices and stakeholder community.
