A leading international law firm is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join its busy London Information Services team. This role provides hands on technical support across the office, covering hardware, software, meetings technology, and user support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote support for laptops, iPhones/iPads, and encrypted devices.
- Assist with RSA server administration and mobile device management.
- Set up meeting rooms, hybrid meetings (Teams/Zoom), and event tech.
- Log, manage, and resolve helpdesk tickets.
- Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues when required.
- Support office moves, PC reimaging, hardware replacements, and visitor equipment setup.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 months experience in an IT support role (professional services experience beneficial but not essential).
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Windows 11, Microsoft 365, with advantage for iManage and Aderant iTimekeep.
- Experience with Exchange, Outlook, Citrix, RSA tokens/remote access, iOS/Android, and HP printers.
- Excellent communication and prioritisation skills with a proactive, service-focused approach.
