The Role
- Working closely with experienced lawyers as the sole paralegal, you will support on a variety of finance transactions, with duties including:
- Transaction management and closing processes
- Due diligence and document management
- Legal research and drafting support
- Preparation and organisation of transaction bibles and closing documentation
Key Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of paralegal experience within a finance, banking, capital markets or structured finance team
