Ryder Reid Legal is working closely with a US law firm to recruit a Paralegal to join its Structured Finance/CLO team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Banking/Finance Paralegal to join a supportive, collegiate team allowing for trainee-level experience working on high profile transactions. The ideal candidate will have prior experience, (CLO experience would be a huge advantage), a hard‐working \’can‐do\’ attitude and flexibility with long hours. Hybrid working, overtime pay, a competitive base salary and great benefits are on offer.
