The Role
Working closely with the Assistant Director, Global Alumni Relations, you will support alumni engagement through communications, events, relationship management, CRM administration, and strategic networking initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage alumni communications, newsletters, and engagement campaigns.
- Build relationships with alumni across global offices and practice groups.
- Coordinate virtual and in-person networking events, webinars, and reunions.
- Maintain alumni data, reporting, and CRM records.
- Promote alumni programmes, referrals, mentoring, and professional development initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Business Development teams on alumni-focused activities.
About You
- 3+ years' experience in alumni relations, events, marketing, business development, communications, or relationship management.
- Strong event management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Professional services or law firm experience is advantageous.
