The firm serves a diverse global client base, including multinational corporations, financial institutions, and government entities.
The role: In your new role as a Senior HR Advisor, you will be reporting directly into the Head of HR and supporting the delivery of a high-performing and commercially focused HR service across the London office. Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Acting as a trusted advisor to partners, managers and employees, supporting the full Business Professional lifecycle.
- Providing HR guidance to support on employee relations, performance management, absence management and day to day people matters.
- Ensuring consistency and application of HR policies and procedures.
- Assisting with ER investigations, documentation and meeting coordination.
- Supporting recruitment activity across business professionals.
- Coordinating onboarding and integration processes.
- Supporting annual appraisal processes, salary reviews and bonus processes.
What do you need? In order to be successful in this role you will need:
- Previous experience working in an HR Advisory role at a law firm.
- Commercial awareness with strong influential skills.
- Strong experience with Employee Relations issues.
- Very strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems, Workday ideally.
