A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Conflicts Analyst to join its established risk and compliance team. The Role

You will play a key role in the firm's new business intake and conflicts function, taking ownership of complex conflict checks and providing commercially focused advice to partners and legal teams. This position sits within a collaborative, high-performing team and offers exposure to sophisticated global mandates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed conflicts analysis for new clients, matters, and lateral hires
  • Identify and assess potential legal and commercial conflicts across multiple jurisdictions
  • Advise partners and senior stakeholders on conflict risks and appropriate mitigation strategies
  • Draft, review, and help negotiate conflict waivers and engagement terms
  • Analyse complex corporate structures, including parent entities and affiliates
  • Escalate high-risk issues with clear, practical recommendations
  • Mentor junior team members and act as a key point of escalation within the team

Experience & Skills Required

  • Extensive conflicts experience within a large international or US law firm
  • Strong knowledge of conflicts rules, professional conduct standards, and regulatory frameworks
  • Ability to interpret complex corporate relationships and global entity structures
  • Confident communicator with experience liaising directly with partners and senior stakeholders
  • Ability to manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment

Working Pattern
