Our leading international law firm client is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive its strategy within the Technology, Media & Entertainment (TME) sector. The Role
You will play a key role in developing and delivering sector-focused business development and client strategies, working closely with partners and senior leadership to drive profitable growth.
- Designing and executing sector-wide business development and marketing strategies aligned to long-term growth objectives
- Leading client development initiatives, including strategic planning for key accounts and enhancing client relationships
- Managing and supporting high-value pitches and proposals, ensuring best practice and compelling positioning
- Using market insights and data to identify opportunities, track performance, and inform commercial decisions
- Driving cross-selling and collaboration across teams to maximise client opportunities and revenue
- Leading and mentoring a small team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
- Managing budgets and tracking ROI on business development activities
About You
You will be an experienced and commercially focused business development professional with a strong track record in a professional services environment.
- Significant experience at senior manager level, ideally within professional services
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful business development and client growth strategies

- Experience leading teams and managing projects, budgets, and resources effectively
