Our client is looking for a confident, proactive, and highly organised Senior Marketing & Business Development Executive to drive key sector initiatives and support ambitious growth plans. In this role, you will become the go-to contact for several practice areas, leading strategic marketing activity while staying hands-on with campaigns, events, and pitches. If you enjoy balancing big picture thinking with meticulous delivery, you will thrive here.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and deliver marketing & BD plans for key sectors
  • Work closely with Partners and fee earners to shape strategy
  • Run BD meetings and report on progress, opportunities, and insights
  • Manage events, campaigns, pitches, and on-brand marketing assets
  • Support directory and award submissions, credentials, and thought leadership
  • Conduct client, competitor, and market research
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and support client development
  • Mentor junior team members and collaborate across the wider BD & Marketing team

What We’re Looking For

  • 3 - 5 years Marketing & BD experience in professional services (legal preferred)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior leaders
  • Excellent attention to detail and project management capability
  • A proactive, flexible, and solutions-driven mindset
  • Outstanding communication skills written and verbal
  • A team player who takes pride in producing high-quality work
