About the Role
The role will be working with the Head of Business Intelligence & Systems, and the Application Analyst is essential to ensure the stability, efficiency, and scalability of the current business systems.
Responsibilities
The Application Analyst will be responsible for mitigating risk by:
- Centralising documentation
- Standardising processes
- They will serve as an additional point of contact for application-related issues
- Beyond project work, the Application Analyst will:
- Play a vital role in the day-to-day running of systems
- Resolve user issues
- Optimise workflows
- Ensuring the Firm\’s applications are aligned with the evolving needs of the business by working with various business stakeholders
Qualifications
- Experience in a systems team within a law firm
- Strong understanding of legal department operations
- Knowledge of legal practice management systems and relational databases
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated, eager to learn, and a strong team player
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively
Required Skills
