Ryder Reid Legal is recruiting for a Revenue Manager to join the dynamic team of one of our prestigious global law firm clients on a permanent basis. Our client values excellence and innovation and is seeking a talented individual to manage the working capital cycle for their London and Brussels practice groups. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the firm\’s financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of the inventory cycle, including WIP and AR management.
- Achieve monthly billing, collections, and lock-up period reduction targets.
- Manage the credit control function and drive billing/collection targets.
- Conduct regular meetings with partners to discuss WIP and AR balances.
- Resolve complex billing and VAT queries.
- Manage the e-billing cycle and ensure timely submission and resolution of bills.
- Produce reports and statistical information as required.
- Ensure compliance with VAT, Solicitor\’s Accounts Rules, and Money Laundering regulations.
- Train and develop staff, update training manuals, and manage recruitment processes.
