Role overview
The firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its Restructuring team on a rolling 6-month Fixed Term Contract basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with a proven interest in financial restructuring.
Key responsibilities
- Stays abreast of market developments to proactively identify potential new opportunities.
- Responsible for case management in relation to documents and document management systems.
- Performs factual and legal research.
- Analyses documents and materials.
- Tracks and analyses cases in the market; records deal terms and builds case studies where required.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have passed the LPC or SQE and have a keen interest in restructuring, however the firm is also interested in candidates with substantive legal work experience within the practice area. Flexibility is a must for this role, as well as being proactive and organised.
