Our client is a leading international law firm headquartered in London, with a global presence spanning Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. They advise clients in sectors such as finance, transportation, energy, life sciences, real estate, and technology. Core practice areas include corporate and commercial law, dispute resolution, banking and finance, employment, intellectual property, private wealth, and restructuring and insolvency.
The role
In your new role as a Recruitment Assistant you will support the Talent Acquisition team in delivering an excellent, proactive and professional recruitment service to the firm. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Owning and managing a variety of recruitment-related administrative tasks.
- Liaising with candidates, agencies, hiring managers and other internal stakeholders in arranging candidate interviews.
- Managing the drafting and signing of candidate offer paperwork.
- Managing the recruitment calendar and recruitment inbox.
- Managing the posting of job adverts and screening of CV applications.
What do you need?
In order to be successful in this role you will need:
- Previous experience in an HR or recruitment role within a law firm.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines from stakeholders.
- Strong time management, prioritisation and administration skills.
- Strong IT skills in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail.
