About the Role
As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will play a key role in analysing and redesigning workflows, enabling technology-driven improvements, and supporting change management initiatives. Acting as a bridge between end-users and technical teams, you will deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Analysis & Process Optimization: Map current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and design improved processes using best-practice methodologies.
