Ryder Reid Legal is working closely with a US law firm to recruit a Paralegal to join its award-winning Private Equity team on an initial 12-month fixed term contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to provide direct support to the PE group with legal work including:
- Reviewing confidentiality agreements and engagement letters
- Due diligence
- Signing, closing and post-signing support to fee earners
- Database management
To be considered, candidates will have strong academics, and ideally some prior PE experience gained within a similar law firm or in-house environment.
